أول حدث رئيسي سجل هذه المعجزة كان في 13 أكتوبر، 1917 في فاطيما - البرتغال
شاهدها ما يقدّر ب 70،000 شخص
وقد سُجّلت وصُوّرت الشمس حول العالم ترقص في السماء
كما حدث في الفيليبين في 5 مارس 1993، أمام حشد قُدّر ب 300،000 شخص
كذلك في بورتو ريكو ، دنفر، كولورادو ، لوبوك، تكساس. وكونيرز، جورجيا
في منذ بدء ظهورات السيدة العذراء تكرّرت معجزة الشمس
مراراً وشاهدها ملايين الحجاج القادمين من مختلف العالم الى مديغورييه
