رجل اموري. شقيق اشكول وعانر. كان الثلاثة ضيوف ابراهيم وحلفاء له (تك 14 :13، 24). اعطى ممرا اسمه إلى بلوطات (او سنديانات) صارت موضع معبد الآباء ومركز إقامتهم (تك 13 :18؛ 14 :13؛ 35 :27). في ممرا ظهر ثلاثة رجال على ابراهيم (تك 18 :1-16). موقع ممرا : 3 كلم إلى الشمال من حبرون في رامة الخليل. نجد تجاه ممرا مكفيلة.
